(1 Day – Varkala Cliff)
In the morning, our driver will pick you up from Trivandrum or Kollam and proceed to Varkala, which is around 1.5 to 2 hours’ drive. On arrival, you will first visit the historic Janardhana Swamy Temple, a 2000-year-old temple known for its rich tradition. After that, you will explore Sivagiri Mutt, the spiritual center established by Sree Narayana Guru.
By noon, you will reach the famous Varkala Cliff, where you can enjoy a walk along the cliff, shop for souvenirs, and have a delicious seafood lunch at one of the cliffside cafés with a stunning sea view. Later, you can relax at Papanasam Beach, which is popular for its serene atmosphere and holy waters.
In the evening, the tour will continue to Kappil Beach and Backwaters, a peaceful spot ideal for photography and relaxation. Finally, you will enjoy the breathtaking sunset view from Varkala Cliff before returning back to Trivandrum or Kollam for drop-off.
